Dagmar Kusá took part in the opening panel of the tenth annual Human Forum in Banská Bystrica. The tenth Forum was devoted to the theme of strengthening democracy and protecting civil society. The opening panel considered the conflict in Ukraine in relation to the changing geopolitical context, and decline in democracy. The co-panelists were Tea Jaliashvili (ODIHR, OSCE Warsaw), Alexander Duleba (Slovak Foreign Policy Association), and Martin Kahanec (Shattuck Center for Human Rights, CEU Vienna).
